# Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low sodium canned corn
  • 1/4 cup oats milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 onion chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour

Directions:

  • Blend the milk and corn in a blender and keep aside
  • In a small non stick suacepan, melt the butter and saute the onion until translucent.
  • Add the flour to the saucepan and whisk quickly and cook for a minute
  • Pour the milk and corn mixture and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens a bit.
  • Serve fresh to the baby
