# Creamed Corn
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low sodium canned corn
- 1/4 cup oats milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 onion chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
Directions:
- Blend the milk and corn in a blender and keep aside
- In a small non stick suacepan, melt the butter and saute the onion until translucent.
- Add the flour to the saucepan and whisk quickly and cook for a minute
- Pour the milk and corn mixture and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens a bit.
- Serve fresh to the baby
