# Scrambled Eggs

# Veggie Omlette

Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons carrot, grated
  • 2 teaspoons zucchini, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of nutmeg powder
  • Oregano leaves, to taste
  • Garlic powder, optional

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a fork
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a non stick pan, pour in the egg mixture and cook over low heat until the veggies soften and the egg is completely cooked.
  4. Cool down and serve fresh!
