# Egg free Banana oat pancakes

Ingredients:

1 medium banana, mashed

3 tablespoon oat flour

1 tablespoon flax seed (crushed fine)

1 tablespoon chia seed

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make the pancake batter.

2. In a medium non stick pan, heat some butter and make thin pancakes from the mixture. Pour the batter in small batches and spread them thin.

3. Cook the pancakes on medium heat until they turn golden brown, and flip to cook from the other side.

Offer these fresh to your baby!

# Sweet Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked well and mashed
  • 2 Tablespoon finely grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for frying
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger or dry ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine sweet potato puree with eggs and mix well.
  2. Add grated carrot, ginger and cinnamon to the mixture and mix until fully combined
